Suspected casino burglars will be tried together | Crime
The two men accused of burglarizing Lancer Lanes and Casino in May will be tried together, according to the Asotin County Prosecutor's Office. A September 10th trial has been set for 27-year-old Troy Wilcoxon and 33-year-old James Nollette. They have pleaded not guilty to 2nd-degree burglary, 1st-degree theft, and 2nd-degree conspiracy to commit burglary.
Officials say thousands of dollars were allegedly taken from the Clarkston business in the early morning hours of May 23rd. Police believe the burglary was an inside job and that a current or former employee was involved. Nollette is a former employee, while Wilcoxon was employed by the casino at the time of the alleged burglary, officials say.
